3D Commercial License
Commercial rights are a plan entitlement, not a blanket promise. Use this page together with the plan shown at checkout and the asset record attached to your download.
Eligible assets
Assets generated while an account has a commercial-use entitlement may be used in commercial projects subject to these terms, provider rights, and any third-party content rights involved in the input.
What you receive
When enabled for a plan, AI3DGenerator may provide a downloadable license certificate linked to the account and asset record. Keep the certificate with your project records.
Restrictions
- Do not present AI3DGenerator or a provider as the author of a client work unless that attribution is required.
- Do not resell platform access, credits, or private download URLs.
- Do not use outputs to violate copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.
- Review model output for logos, characters, likenesses, and other protected material before commercial release.
Plan changes
Commercial rights depend on the plan and asset record in effect at generation or download. If a plan is cancelled, previously eligible assets do not become retroactively unlicensed, but new commercial use may not be covered.
