Terms of Service

1. The service

AI3DGenerator provides browser tools, AI-assisted 3D generation, file conversion, previews, downloads, and related account features. Capabilities, model versions, formats, and limits may change as integrations are tested and improved.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account, login methods, submitted content, and activity performed through your account. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or high-risk activity. Do not attempt to bypass authentication, credits, plan limits, storage permissions, or provider safety controls.

3. Credits and tasks

Some actions consume credits. Credits are not cash, are not transferable, and are not refundable except where required by law or stated in a plan or refund policy. A failed generation with no usable asset should release or refund its reserved credits through the ledger.

4. Generated content

You remain responsible for reviewing model output, checking rights, and deciding whether it is suitable for your project. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for a specific technical use. Do not rely on an output without independent review.

5. Billing

Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Plan access is controlled by verified payment webhooks and may be suspended for failed payment, cancellation, abuse, or chargeback activity.

6. Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue features, models, limits, or formats. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, legal, or operational risk.

When full-fidelity FBX conversion is enabled, the following Autodesk notice applies:
